These Membership Terms & Conditions apply to all membership programmes offered by The Wellbeing Barn with Lucinda, including but not limited to:

By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Membership Purpose
Memberships have been designed to provide a structured, consistent, and results-focused approach to skin health and wellbeing.
Memberships are intended to support long-term treatment planning, professional guidance, and ongoing skin maintenance.

Membership Payments
Membership fees are collected monthly via the agreed payment method.
Membership benefits are available only while payments remain up to date.
Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until outstanding payments have been resolved.

Minimum Membership Commitment
Memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period of 3 months.
This allows sufficient time for treatment planning, progress assessment, and meaningful skin improvements to be achieved.
Following the initial 3-month period, memberships will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Membership Treatments
Membership treatments are intended for use within the designated membership period.
Unused monthly treatments cannot be exchanged for cash.
Treatments are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered membership holder.

Booking Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance and remain subject to clinic availability.
We recommend booking future appointments in advance to ensure preferred dates and times remain available.
Priority booking benefits will apply where included within your membership level.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Membership appointments remain subject to the clinic’s Booking & Cancellation Policy.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
As a gesture of goodwill, one late cancellation may be waived within any rolling 12-month membership period at the discretion of The Wellbeing Barn with Lucinda.
Any subsequent late cancellations will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.

Membership benefits may include:
* Discounted treatments
* Professional skincare discounts

* Quarterly gifted facial vouchers
* Priority booking

Benefits vary according to membership level.
Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for alternative services unless agreed at the discretion of The Wellbeing Barn with Lucinda.

Membership skincare discounts apply only to products purchased while the membership remains active.
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

Gifted Facial Vouchers
Where included within a membership, complimentary facial vouchers:
* Must be redeemed within the validity period stated
* Cannot be exchanged for cash
* Cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded
* Must be used in accordance with normal booking policies
The Wellbeing Barn with Lucinda reserves the right to amend promotional voucher offerings with reasonable notice.

Treatment Suitability
All treatments remain subject to consultation and clinical suitability.
The Wellbeing Barn with Lucinda reserves the right to adapt treatment plans where clinically necessary or in the client’s best interests.
Certain treatments may require separate consultation, patch testing, or additional consent.

Membership Freeze
Memberships may be frozen for medical reasons, pregnancy, extended travel, or exceptional circumstances at the discretion of The Wellbeing Barn with Lucinda.
Requests must be made in writing wherever possible.
Memberships may be frozen for a maximum of 3 months within any 12-month period unless otherwise agreed.

Membership Cancellation
Following the initial 3-month commitment period, memberships may be cancelled by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Any outstanding payments due during the notice period remain payable.
Unused benefits, discounts, or complimentary services expire upon cancellation unless otherwise agreed.

Changes to Memberships
The Wellbeing Barn with Lucinda reserves the right to amend membership benefits, pricing, or programme structures where necessary.
Reasonable notice will be provided of any significant changes.

Right to Terminate Membership
The Wellbeing Barn with Lucinda reserves the right to terminate a membership where:
* Membership fees remain unpaid
* Repeated appointment non-attendance occurs
* Behaviour towards staff is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate
* Clinical recommendations are repeatedly disregarded in a way that compromises treatment safety

Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for partially used memberships, missed appointments, unused benefits, or failure to utilise membership services.
