Once a treatment or service has been carried out, fees are non-refundable.

Aesthetic, skincare, wellness, and consultation services involve professional time, expertise, clinical assessment, and treatment delivery. As a result, refunds cannot be provided once treatment has been performed.

Individual treatment outcomes may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable.

Where consultation fees are redeemable against treatment, redemption must take place within the timeframe specified at the time of booking.

Deposits

Booking deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred to an alternative appointment where sufficient notice has been provided in accordance with our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Late cancellations and non-attendance may result in the loss of the deposit.

Treatment Packages & Programmes

Treatment packages, courses, and programmes are purchased at a discounted rate and are designed to be completed within a recommended treatment timeframe.

Once a package or programme has commenced, it is non-refundable.

Unused treatments cannot be exchanged for cash.

Where exceptional medical circumstances prevent completion of a treatment programme, requests will be considered on an individual basis and supporting medical evidence may be required.

Intensive Skin Reset Programme

Due to the extensive treatment planning, professional time, and resources allocated, the Intensive Skin Reset Programme is non-refundable once commenced.

Any unused treatments remain subject to the treatment timeframe and clinic discretion.

Memberships

Membership payments are non-refundable.

Membership fees cover access to ongoing professional support, treatment planning, membership benefits, discounts, and reserved appointment availability.

No refunds will be provided for:

* Unused treatments
* Missed appointments
* Unused membership benefits
* Failure to utilise membership services

Membership cancellations are subject to the Membership Terms & Conditions.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

Gift vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date.

Skincare & Retail Products

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided:

* The product remains unopened
* The product remains sealed
* The product is in a resalable condition
* Proof of purchase is provided

Refunds cannot be provided for:

* Opened products
* Used products
* Products purchased as part of a package or promotion
* Products where hygiene or safety may be compromised

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
