The Wellbeing Barn with Lucinda reserves the right to withdraw membership benefits where memberships have been cancelled, suspended, or where payment obligations have not been met.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date.
Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

Treatment Photographs
Clinical photographs may be taken for assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
Photographs will remain confidential and will not be used for marketing purposes without separate written consent.
